Description

You will develop core data structures and software infrastructure for high-performance mesh generation and geometry processing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance, memory-efficient software for mesh generation and geometry processing.
• Execute full-cycle software development including design, implementation, maintenance, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with professional teams to translate customer requirements and market needs into technical objectives.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues identified by quality assurance or product support teams.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with geometry algorithms and computational geometry.
• Background in developing high-performance, memory-efficient meshing and geometry algorithms.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a BS in Engineering, Computer Graphics, Computational Geometry, or Mathematics, or an MS degree.
• Working knowledge of software development best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Background in discrete geometry processing and discrete mathematics.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in mesh generation.
• Interest in operating systems, hardware architecture, and compilers.
