Description

You will verify software products by investigating defects and executing testing processes across multiple computing environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, application, regression, and performance tests in manual and automated environments.
• Write and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and software defect reports.
• Analyze requirements to develop tests for new features and enhancement requests.
• Reproduce product defects and collaborate with developers to determine resolutions.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of testing initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software verification or testing.
• Proficiency in Python for programming and scripting.
• Experience with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) or implicit and explicit finite element analysis (FEA).
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience working in VMs, Compute Clusters, and Cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with PyPrimeMesh or other meshing and solver products.
• Experience with computer-aided software engineering tools and engineering principles.
