Description

Develop and maintain C/C++ networking software for RDK-B devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain networking applications using C/C++ and Linux system programming.
• Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for embedded products.
• Conduct code reviews, static analysis, and unit testing to ensure code quality.
• Set up continuous integration pipelines and create necessary automation scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded networking products.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Linux system programming.
• Deep understanding of the RDK-B framework.
• Experience with Wi-Fi protocols, EasyMesh, or OpenSync.
• Development experience in Cable gateway, DSL, Fiber, or modem features.
• Knowledge of networking features including Routing, Bridging, NAT, IPv6, Firewall, QoS, IPSec, and VPN.
• Experience with protocols such as VoIP/SIP, DHCP, FTP/TFTP, and SNMP/TR069.
• Proficiency with Git and Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in application development and Linux-based debugging.
