Description

Lead technical development and architectural strategy for new platforms using the RDK-B stack. Own the release pipeline, manage program deliverables, and guide offshore engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop new platforms utilizing the RDK-B stack.
• Provide architectural inputs during discussions with product owners.
• Manage and track program deliverables to ensure quality and timeline adherence.
• Guide offshore engineering teams through technical leadership.
• Manage stakeholders including executive leadership, SOC vendors, and MSOs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the RDK-B stack.
• Expertise in C/C++ programming.
• Deep knowledge of broadband technologies and networking (LAN, WAN, WiFi).
• Understanding of WiFi protocols.
• Experience working with SOC vendors and MSOs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience.
