Description

You will own the release pipeline and stability of RDK-based broadband devices, resolving E2E issues and driving operational efficiency through data-driven insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot E2E issues across RDK components (WiFi/Mesh, DOCSIS, Fiber, LTE) and implement mitigation strategies.
• Analyze critical field issues using Linux systems, networking protocols, and packet capture analysis to identify root causes.
• Design and enhance DevOps solutions and operational tools to optimize system performance and efficiency.
• Leverage AWS technologies (S3, Athena, QuickSight) to analyze data from millions of devices and deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct source code reviews and perform global metric comparisons across various device models.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with C/C++ and Python.
• Strong Linux experience and proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or Go).
• Experience with log management and monitoring tools: Elastic Stack (ELK), Splunk, and Grafana.
• Proven expertise in SQL and Amazon Athena.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Git, and GitHub.
• Technical Lead or Senior-level experience, including mentoring engineers and making technical decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with anomaly detection techniques and data-driven solution development.
• Knowledge of broadband access network technologies (DOCSIS, Fiber, LTE).
