Description
You will develop and maintain a web browser for embedded systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop Web Browser components focusing on multimedia functionality.
- Port and/or develop WebKit (WPWeb) for embedded environments.
- Translate HTML and JavaScript code into WebBrowser engine functionality.
- Implement and maintain MSE/EME extensions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience developing Web Browsers for embedded systems.
- Expert proficiency in C++.
- Proven experience with WebKit porting and development.
- Deep understanding of HTML and JavaScript code translation to WebBrowser engines.
- Experience with OpenGL ES2 and graphics programming.
- Embedded Linux experience and understanding of real-time operating system concepts.
- Experience with DRM used in OTT streaming (PlayReady/Widevine).
- Knowledge of streaming technologies and A/V containers (HLS, MPEG-DASH).
- Familiarity with Rdkv, Webkit, Html, Javascript, and Widevine.
