Description

You will develop and maintain WebKit-based web browsers for embedded systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Port and develop WebKit for embedded environments.
• Develop browser components, focusing on multimedia functionality.
• Translate HTML and JavaScript code into WebBrowser engine functionality.
• Implement and maintain MSE/EME extensions.
• Apply OpenGL ES2 and graphics programming for rendering.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing web browsers for embedded systems.
• Expert proficiency in C++.
• Proven experience with WebKit porting and development.
• Deep understanding of HTML and JavaScript code translation to WebBrowser engines.
• Experience with embedded Linux and real-time operating system concepts.
• Knowledge of DRM used in OTT streaming (PlayReady/Widevine).
• Familiarity with streaming technologies and A/V containers (HLS, MPEG-DASH).
• Experience with Rdkv, Webkit, Html, Javascript, and Widevine.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of OpenGL ES2 graphics programming.
