Description

Lead front-end architecture and technical direction for feature development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js and build reusable component libraries.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, performant code across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize requirements and write user stories.
• Lead code reviews, resolve technical issues, and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Implement bug fixes and maintain code quality within Agile or Waterfall environments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and CSS3.
• Deep understanding of the JavaScript object model and DOM manipulation.
• Familiarity with modern ECMAScript specifications.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols including OIDC and OAuth 2.0.
• Understanding of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Tokens.
• Ability to write code following security best practices to address OWASP top 10.
• Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Redux and Jest.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
