Description

You will lead the build and delivery of digital experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood before design and development.
• Implement technical solutions using industry-standard development patterns and methodologies.
• Incorporate continuous integration and automated unit and integration testing into the development lifecycle.
• Test fully implemented solutions prior to User Acceptance Testing.
• Define best practice approaches on a project, client, and departmental basis.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of professional experience.
• Strong background as a Tech Lead or Team Leader.
• Expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS processors such as Sass or Less.
• Experience designing responsive GUIs for desktop and mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with front-end testing frameworks like Jest, Jasmine, or Karma.
• Knowledge of Continuous Delivery methods, including TDD and automated non-functional testing.
• Experience working closely with UX designers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing digital products within the banking space.
• Background working in a front-office environment in an investment bank.
