You will build user-facing features and reusable component libraries using React.js in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, accessible code.
• Optimize components for performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.
• Resolve technical debt and participate in code reviews to enforce best practices.
• Implement architecture initiatives focused on stability, reliability, and performance.
• Analyze business requirements to define technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript Object model.
• Deep understanding of React.js core principles and React Hooks.
• Experience with Material UI and styled-components using a CSS-in-JS approach.
• Proficiency with modern ECMAScript specifications.
• Experience managing forms and implementing modern authorization via JSON Web Tokens.
• Familiarity with build tools and pipelines including Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial.
• Ability to benchmark and optimize application performance.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Isomorphic React.
