Description

You will build and maintain responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, cross-browser, and cross-device compliant user interfaces.
• Build and optimize web applications for high performance and speed.
• Consume REST APIs using asynchronous methods to integrate backend services.
• Perform defect analysis and resolution within an enterprise environment.
• Ensure all web applications meet 508 Compliance and web accessibility standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web development.
• Expert-level JavaScript, ES6, and TypeScript.
• Expert-level React and other JavaScript frameworks.
• Expert-level HTML5 and CSS3, including preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Proficiency with web template engines such as JSX, Markdown, Handlebars, or Jade.
• Experience with server-side JavaScript using Node.js, Express, or Hapi.
• Experience building applications with AWS cloud services including S3, Lambda, and ElastiCache.
• Strong version control skills using Git, Bitbucket, or GitLab and associated branching strategies.
• Proficiency with build tools and command-line utilities like Webpack, Grunt, or Gulp.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks such as Mocha, Jasmine, or Jest.
• Experience with enterprise-level defect analysis and resolution.
