Description

You will build and scale the user interface for a separately managed accounts platform, delivering workflows and data insights to quantitative portfolio managers and financial advisors.

Responsibilities

• Develop software for portfolio optimization models and separately managed accounts.
• Build highly scalable systems to interface with thousands of global clients and users.
• Mentor junior technical staff on modern front-end architecture and engineering best practices.
• Partner with systematic teams to implement features and define the technical engineering roadmap.
• Translate product requirements into actionable tasks with accurate effort estimates.

Required Skills

• Expert-level experience with React.
• 5+ years of professional experience developing large-scale, high-availability systems.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and GraphQL.
• Experience building stateful applications using state management libraries such as Redux, Mobx, or Flux.
• Exposure to React frameworks like Next.js, Gatsby, or Remix.
• Experience using design system management tools like Storybook, Styleguidist, or Pattern Lab.
• Strong knowledge of the full software development life cycle, including code reviews, source control, build processes, and testing.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, Java, or Rust.
• Knowledge of AWS and containerization tools including Kubernetes, ECS, EC2, Docker, or Podman.
