You will modernize an ecommerce platform by establishing technical direction, coding standards, and integration strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement event-driven programming best practices.
• Develop proof-of-concept executions to test new technologies and define technical direction.
• Build and enforce new coding standards to improve developer efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop unit and functional test plans, conduct testing, and verify results.
• Prioritize and manage technical debt to stabilize existing properties.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Proven experience with React, NextJS, and Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and loyalty programs.
• Experience in GraphQL or REST API development.
• Advanced proficiency in jQuery development.
• Experience with Foundation 6 for responsive web design.
• Familiarity with GIT, Github, or Bitbucket repositories.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Toolset (Jira/Confluence).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node.js and server-side JavaScript development.
• Previous work integrating third-party systems and SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of modern CSS frameworks and pre-processors like Sass or LESS.
