Description

You will own the architecture, development, and maintenance of application platforms using React and Node.js.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design application platforms, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, secure, and extensible.
• Write production code, comprehensive tests, and participate in code reviews to maintain high quality.
• Debug production issues efficiently while focusing on long-term maintainability.
• Coordinate development efforts with intermediate and junior engineers to align on technical requirements and roadmap.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and product owners to gather feedback and shape project direction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend integration.
• Solid CSS skills with a strong eye for design and UI implementation.
• Experience working with document databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience working with relational databases including PostgreSQL and MS SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead or coordinate development work within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience communicating complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of identifying and suggesting architectural improvements.
