Responsibilities

• Build and ship user-facing products and features.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to interpret user needs into technical requirements.
• Apply standard software engineering methodologies including unit testing and code reviews.
• Create design documentation to support technical decisions.
• Ground technical choices in data, reasoning, and evolving information.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with React.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience with Ruby.
• Experience with Scala.
• Strong understanding of unit testing and code review processes.
• B.S. or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience specifically combining Ruby and React.
