You will architect and maintain complex web applications using React, defining front-end standards and mentoring the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop complex React-based web applications.
• Define front-end coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Integrate front-end components with APIs and backend services.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in React.js including Hooks, Context API, and HOCs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Zustand.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind, and Material UI.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Knowledge of build tools including Webpack or Vite.
• Strong problem-solving and technical leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, Python, Spring Boot, or Django for backend integration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
