Description

You will lead the architecture and development of a scalable React-based web application, owning the frontend lifecycle from design to production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement modern, scalable, and testable UI components using React.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver customer-facing features.
• Set and enforce standards for code quality, frontend best practices, and asynchronous programming.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and guide team technical decisions.
• Monitor production environments, debug issues, and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS and JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Experience building scalable frontend architectures and complex web applications.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX best practices and product design principles.
• Proven ability to debug complex issues and optimize frontend performance.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring other engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI development tools and design systems.
• Strong background in product design and user interface implementation.
