Description

Lead frontend and mobile development as a hands-on Technical Lead, owning scalable architecture and release pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable architectures using React.js or React Native.
• Collaborate with product managers and backend engineers to deliver user interfaces and mobile applications.
• Implement performance optimizations, memory profiling, and debugging for web and mobile environments.
• Enforce testing strategies and drive adoption of clean code principles, SOLID, and DRY practices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile deployment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in frontend/mobile development, including at least 2 years in a Tech Lead role.
• Deep expertise in React.js and/or React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript (ES6+), and async patterns.
• Experience with REST APIs and state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
• Proficiency with build tools such as Webpack or Metro.
• Experience with testing frameworks including Jest and React Testing Library.
• Solid grasp of Git workflows, PR review processes, and agile development.
• Proven ability to mentor developers and conduct technical interviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating mobile apps with native Android or iOS SDKs.
• Exposure to Node.js or Java to facilitate full-stack integration.
