Description

Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of modern, high-performance enterprise web applications using React and TypeScript.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable React applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript, including hooks, state management, and component design.
• Apply SOLID principles and domain-driven design to ensure maintainable, reliable software solutions.
• Integrate UI applications with enterprise authentication systems (SSO, OAuth2/OIDC) and consume REST APIs securely.
• Establish automated testing and quality practices using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress/Playwright.
• Lead Agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, and technical code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with significant leadership in web UI initiatives.
• Deep hands-on expertise in React, including components, hooks, and architectural decision-making.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and tooling such as Vite, linting, and React Compiler.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, including SOLID and domain-driven design.
• Experience integrating with enterprise authentication/authorization protocols (SSO, OAuth2/OIDC).
• Proven ability to manage configuration across environments and ensure solution reliability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading customer-facing web applications in regulated enterprise or financial services environments.
• Proficiency with CI/CD and source control practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub), including branch strategies and automated pipelines.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity while maintaining code quality.
