Description

You will lead front-end architecture and guide the React JS engineering team in Las Vegas.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of React JS developers.
• Drive architectural decisions and establish front-end development best practices.
• Design and implement complex, scalable React JS applications.
• Ensure delivery of well-tested and performant code.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to integrate APIs and translate mockups.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in a lead or senior technical role.
• Deep understanding of React JS principles, component lifecycle, and state management.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with testing frameworks, specifically Cypress and Selenium.
• Proven experience providing technical guidance to development teams.
• Experience with modern front-end build tools and workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
