Description

You will lead the technical direction and development of our application infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain application code.
• Oversee integrations with internal systems and third-party services.
• Review code and collaborate with other engineers.
• Mentor the team and share knowledge across the department.
• Ensure adherence to performance, security, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in application development.
• Strong understanding of functional and object-oriented programming paradigms.
• Proficiency with SOLID design principles.
• Experience with REST principles.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Development and troubleshooting of complex SQL.
• Comfortable working with multiple programming languages concurrently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Extensive experience in web development using React and NextJS.
• Proficiency in Python and NodeJS.
• Experience acting as a tech lead within a team.
