Responsibilities

• Lead small teams to deliver mission-critical applications.
• Communicate with clients daily regarding project progress and requirements.
• Coordinate development work with offshore teams in India.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using SOAP or REST web services.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrades and implement Transform Maps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ITSM development experience.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Proficiency in React and Angular.
• Proficiency in Node.js and GraphQL.
• Strong JavaScript, GLIDE, and HTML5 skills.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to manage integrations via SOAP and REST.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Transform Maps.
