Description

Lead the enhancement and support of the AMP Content platform, expanding content variance capabilities across web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and uphold fullstack engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and consumer engineers to iterate on product design and ship features.
• Design frameworks for creating services that scale with company requirements.
• Monitor performance and usability to identify and rectify traffic or functionality issues.
• Review application code and plan future API upgrades with the development team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in React and Redux.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js APIs.
• Experience using GitHub for version control.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, high-quality systems.
• Deep knowledge in at least two disciplines: application development, APIs, cloud, middleware, servers/storage, or database management.
• Experience in software or infrastructure development principles, including design patterns and code structure.
• Understanding of network and security architecture.
• Ability to contribute at a strategic level and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building solutions using elastic architectures, specifically Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience designing cloud software services for scale, performance, and reliability.
• Experience in system architecture and mentoring inclusive, team-based environments.
