You will lead the design and development of front-end architecture for web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to improve user experience.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues, fix bugs, and optimize performance.
• Implement clean, scalable code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering high-quality web applications using React.
• Proven ability in problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with modern authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Strong communication skills for teamwork.
