You will lead front-end architecture, mentor the development team, and ensure high-quality delivery of web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of front-end architecture for web applications.
• Mentor and guide a team of front-end developers to improve technical standards.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to enhance user experience.
• Conduct code reviews to enforce best practices and maintain code quality.
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and optimize application performance for scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience developing web applications using React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ECMAScript.
• Experience with state management patterns such as Flux and Redux.
• Familiarity with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of build tools including Babel and Webpack.
• Experience managing dependencies using NPM.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
