Description

You will lead the migration of native applications into a React Native environment and own the technical strategy for cross-platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement high-performance, scalable features in React Native.
• Design strategies for seamless integration with existing native iOS and Android teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to strengthen native expertise.
• Optimize app performance, focusing on startup time, bundle size, and memory management.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, app distribution, and automated release processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
• Extensive experience building cross-platform apps with React Native and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in bridging native modules and managing platform-specific configurations.
• Deep understanding of mobile performance optimization and state management.
• Experience with large enterprise teams (80+ developers).
• Familiarity with TestFlight, Google Play Console, and automated release pipelines.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions and EAS Build.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading React Native adoption in a brownfield iOS/Android environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Expo SDK, OTA delivery workflows, and React Native for web.
