Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define cross-platform solutions, evaluate technical feasibility, and provide effort and risk estimates.
• Lead mobile application technical design, packaging, and deployment, integrating with backend APIs and microservices.
• Perform peer technical code reviews, pair programming, and manage version control via GitHub.
• Lead onsite and offshore teams, taking responsibility for delivered work and communicating with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct mobile app performance testing, ensure security standards, and maintain DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall experience in mobile app front-end development (native and cross-platform).
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in React Native based cross-platform application development.
• Expertise in React Native components, libraries, framework upgrades, routing, SDKs, and native modules.
• Proficiency with DevOps responsibilities, debugging tools, and mobile security.
• Experience integrating complex mobile front-end pages with backend APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems (GitHub) and issue tracking (Jira).
• Ability to lead teams, work in Agile/Scrum environments, and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent progressive experience.
• Proven track record of self-direction and achieving aggressive goals in ambiguous environments.
