Description

Lead mobile engineering operations and define the mobile architecture strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
• Architect modular component systems and scalable state management solutions.
• Drive native module integrations using Swift and Kotlin for SDKs and device security.
• Establish mobile CI/CD pipelines and manage app release processes for App Store and Google Play.
• Partner with backend teams to define API contracts and optimize mobile-backend interactions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on mobile development experience.
• 4+ years leading React Native applications in production environments.
• Expertise in React Native, TypeScript, and the Expo ecosystem.
• Proficiency with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) module integration.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and mobile release governance.
• Experience working with cloud-based backends such as Azure or AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Mentor engineers and participate in architecture reviews and roadmap planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
