JOB SUMMARY:

The React Native Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable mobile applications and backend microservices. This role focuses on building high-performance mobile apps using React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript, developing RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, and working with Azure Cosmos DB for distributed NoSQL data management. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead feature development, ensure performance optimization, and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop robust, scalable mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot microservices.
• Model, query, and optimize data using Azure Cosmos DB (NoSQL) for high-throughput and globally distributed workloads.
• Lead end-to-end feature development from technical design to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting technical best practices.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across mobile applications, APIs, and databases.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and support DevOps automation practices.
• Participate in architectural design discussions and help define technical roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 6–8+ years of experience in full-stack or mobile application development.
• Strong expertise in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot microservices.
• Hands-on experience with REST API design and integration.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB or other NoSQL databases.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong understanding of application performance optimization and debugging.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of mobile performance tuning and debugging tools.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
