Description

Lead the architecture and development of performant mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build pixel-perfect, smooth UIs and leverage native APIs for deep platform integrations.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to ensure a native feel.
• Transition existing React web applications to React Native.
• Maintain code quality through automated testing and well-documented, clean JavaScript.
• Coordinate with other product infrastructure teams to integrate mobile components.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including ES6+ syntax and functional or object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with React Native for iOS and Android.
• Experience working with REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.
• Expertise in debugging dependency conflicts and managing third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with native build tools including Xcode, Gradle, Android Studio, or IntelliJ.
• Experience with automated testing suites such as Jest or Mocha.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience transitioning existing React web applications to React Native.
• Ability to coordinate with product infrastructure teams for component integration.
