Description

You will build modular, scalable mobile experiences using React Native and native Android/iOS platforms. Your focus is on technical architecture, performance optimization, and driving React Native adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable features and contribute to technical architecture for user navigation and product interaction.
• Develop strategies to improve performance, usability, and accessibility for high-traffic features.
• Mentor other developers and influence development patterns to support company-wide React Native adoption.
• Collaborate through dev huddles and participate in pairing sessions (10%-30% of time).
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software engineering experience across web and mobile platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with TypeScript and React.js.
• 2+ years of direct React Native experience.
• Proficiency with GraphQL and JSON data structures.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Competency in unit testing using Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
• Experience with build and deployment tooling such as Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with Xcode and iOS development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing tools like Cypress or Webdriver.
• Familiarity with native Android development and build tools.
