Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical direction of mobile application development.
• Own the delivery of mobile features and overall architecture.
• Oversee the codebase and enforce development standards for React Native projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship within the development team.
• Manage code quality and technical debt.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in React Native development.
• Proven experience in a leadership or lead developer capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
