Description

Lead mobile development by owning code reviews, architectural decisions, and team mentorship for complex React Native applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards using GitLab.
• Develop complex React Native modules, native bridges, and GraphQL/.NET components.
• Guide developers in leveraging Amazon Kiro for AI-assisted coding, unit testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to convert business requirements into actionable Jira tasks.
• Troubleshoot complex mobile application issues, native bridge integrations, and API performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Full-Stack or Mobile Development experience.
• Strong expertise in React Native and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with C# and .NET GraphQL frameworks (Hot Chocolate or GraphQL.NET).
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, API integrations, and performance optimization.
• Experience with GitLab, Agile methodologies, and technical leadership.
