Description

You will lead the development of large-scale, multi-platform applications using React Native.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect large React/React Native codebases, including monorepos and shared package structures.
• Lead complex re-platforming efforts or greenfield application rebuilds.
• Design maintainable component systems and UI foundations that support long-term scaling.
• Partner with Product Design on complex component workflows and UX systems.
• Own performance profiling and optimization for React Native internals, including Hermes, Fabric, animations, and bundle optimization.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of direct relevant experience building large-scale applications.
• Deep expertise in React Native.
• Proficiency with TypeScript.
• Experience architecting codebases with clear boundaries and layering.
• Familiarity with UI component libraries such as MUI, Tailwind, or Chakra.
• Experience with modern tooling: ESLint/Prettier, Jest/RTL/Detox, and Storybook.
• Strong capability in technical communication and cross-team influencing.
