Description

Lead full-stack development for React and Node.js applications in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build practical APIs, abstractions, and OAuth2-secure services.
• Own technical debt, release pipeline, and architectural decisions for secure services.
• Debug complex components across the full stack, including Front End, Java, and AWS.
• Lead code reviews and provide technical feedback on architectural designs.
• Implement unit, integration, and acceptance testing to ensure quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, and Redux.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6, and JSX.
• Experience building responsive, mobile-first applications using Bootstrap.
• Strong experience interfacing with RESTful services and secure protocols like OAuth2.
• Hands-on experience with NPM, Webpack, and NVM.
• Proficiency with source control platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
• Experience with Java and Selenium for regression testing.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including user stories and acceptance criteria.

Preferred Skills

• TypeScript, GraphQL, Angular, or jQuery.
• Experience with Linux, AWS, and networking/security.
• Unit testing with Karma or Jest.
