Description

You will lead technical direction and hands-on development for enterprise-scale software products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineers to meet project deadlines and goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software following clean code and testing standards.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve advanced technical defects and optimize products for enterprise needs.
• Facilitate continuous improvement within an Agile SDLC.
• Contribute to project discovery and technical architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in React, React Hooks, and Redux.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with Webpack and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
• Proven experience leading engineering teams through hands-on development.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Proficiency with Git, Unit Testing, and CI/CD using Jenkins.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PHP template engines like Twig.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, API Gateways, Service Workers, or CDNs.
• Experience with PWAs, SPAs, and design tools like Figma or Sketch.
