React Tech Lead

You will lead the development of micro frontend-based applications using React and Next.js.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain micro frontend architectures using React and Next.js.
• Implement SSR and CSR rendering strategies to optimize SEO and performance.
• Integrate with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for dynamic content rendering and authoring.
• Manage data consumption from GraphQL and WebSphere Commerce Suite (WCS) endpoints.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and vendors while mentoring team members on frontend best practices.
• Drive debugging and troubleshooting of production issues within established SLAs.
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate with design, backend, DevOps, and QA teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Expertise in React.js and Next.js (SSR & CSR).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with micro frontend architecture.
• Experience integrating with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience working with GraphQL and WCS APIs.
• Knowledge of performance optimization including lazy loading, code splitting, and caching.
• Proficiency with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest or React Testing Library.
• Understanding of frontend architecture patterns, reusable component libraries, and accessibility standards.

Preferred Skills

• eCommerce domain experience.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to analytics, SEO best practices, and other CMS platforms.
