Description

Lead the technical direction of UI development and mentor engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical requirements, including IRD/IDD and extraction SQLs, to develop features independently.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and identify project risks.
• Evaluate existing systems to determine areas of complexity and implement value-add improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of UI development experience.
• 6+ years of experience with React JS.
• 2+ years of experience working with React v16.0 or higher.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Redux, GraphQL, and RTL.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with design and development frameworks.

• Any graduate degree.
