Description

Lead the technical direction of the frontend codebase while driving feature implementations and mentoring junior developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write hands-on code and guide the long-term architectural direction of the codebase.
• Mentor junior developers through technical guidance and rigorous code reviews.
• Lead solutioning, prototyping, and Proof of Concept (POC) development for new features.
• Create technical documentation and architectural diagrams to support engineering decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in React development.
• Proven experience in solutioning and prototyping new features.
• Ability to execute complex Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Experience directing codebase architecture and feature implementation.
• Background in video or streaming platforms (Samsung TV, LG TV, Fire TV, or Xbox).
