You will build complex user interfaces as an individual contributor, owning advanced React patterns and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Implement advanced React patterns including compound components, render props, and dynamic portals.
• Manage application state using local state, context, and Redux while optimizing performance through memoization, useMemo, and useCallback.
• Develop scalable UI logic using custom hooks and advanced side effect management.
• Integrate REST APIs, handle asynchronous data fetching, and manage authentication flows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Deep expertise in React core concepts: JSX, hooks, unidirectional data flow, and the JavaScript event loop.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6, and functional programming.
• Solid understanding of DOM, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with asynchronous programming, promises, and Async/Await.
• Knowledge of client-side routing and server-side rendering in React.
• Practical experience with Node and REST APIs.
• Ability to implement controlled vs uncontrolled components and advanced ref patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with unit testing and state management patterns.
• Knowledge of accessibility patterns within React context.
