Description

Lead front-end development and architecture for scalable web applications, primarily using React.js with Angular expertise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance front-end applications using React.js and Angular.
• Execute application migrations from Angular to React while ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets with backend services to ensure smooth data flow.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce strict coding standards and accessibility guidelines (WCAG, ARIA).
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize applications for cross-browser compatibility and speed.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of front-end development experience with strong expertise in React.js and Angular.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS/LESS.
• Deep knowledge of the React ecosystem, including hooks, functional components, routing, and SSR (Next.js).
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
• Hands-on experience with modern build tools including Webpack, Vite, Babel, and npm/yarn.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control with Git.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating legacy Angular applications to React.
• Familiarity with Ag-Grid for complex data tables.
