Description

Lead the development of user interface components and front-end architecture using React.js.

Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.
• Coordinate with teams working on different layers of the infrastructure to solve complex problems.

Required Skills

• 12 years of total experience with 5+ years in relevant roles.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js core principles and workflows like Flux or Redux.
• Experience with data structure libraries such as Immutable.js.
• Familiarity with newer EcmaScript specifications.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token.
• Experience with front-end build tools including Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
• Proficiency with version control tools such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of isomorphic React.
