Description

Design and implement scalable front-end architectures using React.js, ensuring technical alignment and high-quality standards across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop maintainable React.js architectures that align with technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while establishing coding standards.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional web applications.
• Implement performance optimization techniques to identify and address application bottlenecks.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure maintainability and adherence to high-quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and front-end development.
• Deep knowledge of React.js and Redux.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Proven track record in a technical leadership role, including mentoring developers.
• Experience with state management libraries.
• Familiarity with build tools and bundlers such as Webpack and Babel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
