Description

Architect and lead the development of scalable, high-performance front-end systems using React, Next.js, and micro-frontend patterns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive architectural and design leadership for complex front-end projects, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Build efficient, reusable frameworks and abstractions while addressing UI performance issues and debugging React JS applications.
• Integrate front-end applications with Java-based Spring Boot microservices and manage deployments via Azure Cloud DevOps pipelines.
• Perform code reviews, enforce quality standards and NFRs, and establish front-end best practices across the team.
• Coordinate onsite-offshore efforts and leverage AI-driven development tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS, Next.js, JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and the JavaScript object model.
• Deep expertise in React patterns including Redux, ContextAPI, React Hooks, and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Strong proficiency in CSS, SCSS, and HTML5, with a focus on clean, maintainable styling architectures.
• Experience building and consuming GraphQL APIs using Apollo Client.
• Practical knowledge of Node.js and Java-based Spring Boot microservices development and integrations.
• Proven experience with Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cross-platform React Native mobile app implementations.
• Domain experience in Retail or ecommerce.
