Description

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and operational pipelines using Java and Apache NiFi.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend applications using Java and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.
• Develop and optimize data workflows in Apache NiFi, including processor design and parameter context management.
• Operate and scale Apache NiFi clusters, handling monitoring and performance tuning.
• Deploy and manage applications within Kubernetes environments, maintaining Helm charts.
• Build, optimize, and manage Docker images for container deployment.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices architecture and designing/consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in Apache NiFi workflow design, deployment, and cluster management.
• Containerization experience using Docker.
• Orchestration experience using Kubernetes and Helm.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
