Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using ReactJS, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and enhance application functionality.
• Lead the frontend development team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
• Utilize Java for backend integration and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance development practices.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in ReactJS, with a strong understanding of its core principles and best practices.
• Solid experience in Java programming for backend development.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and cloud services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in frontend development, Java, or DevOps are a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and contributions to open-source or community-driven initiatives
