Description

You will act as the primary interface between clients and the application to provide ongoing technical support. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define client issues accurately and design effective solutions based on product knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve application performance.
• Maintain clear communication to ensure system stability.
• Integrate new approaches to service desk management and related technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or service desk management.
• Strong knowledge of service desk management tools and processes.
• Expertise in incident management and problem management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the ITIL framework.
