Description

Lead front-end development and mentor junior engineers in an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of web applications using React.js.
• Mentor and coach junior developers through code reviews and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, define, and ship new features.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in front-end development.
• 10+ years of experience with React.js and its ecosystem, including Redux and Flux.
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Strong understanding of version control using Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience with Node.js and server-side rendering.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Enzyme.

Preferred Skills

• English and Spanish language proficiency.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal GitHub repositories.
