Description

Develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications using Java, J2EE, and React. You will own the full development lifecycle while coaching distributed teams on Agile practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop scalable system applications.
• Implement and rigorously test software components for quality assurance.
• Coach distributed and offshore teams on Agile methodologies and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Java and J2EE technologies.
• Hands-on development experience with React.
• Proven track record in Agile coaching and facilitation.
• Experience managing or working effectively with offshore and distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
