Description

Lead frontend development and architect scalable React.js applications. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Architect and design maintainable, high-performance web applications.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure application responsiveness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of front-end development experience.
• 2+ years in a lead or senior developer role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React.js.
• Experience with Redux.
• Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or server-side rendering (SSR).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and UI/UX tools like Figma or Sketch.
